A Little Bit About Me...

The Short Version...

I'm a speaker, author, coach, and entrepreneur who is dedicated to helping you build healthy relationships.

But More than that...

I'm a wife, mom, dog mom, and domestic violence survivor who is passionate about helping others live out The Blessing, heal from abuse and live an abundant life in Christ.

Here is Some of my Story...

I grew up with a family who loved me, and loved Jesus. But to me, God always felt abstract. That led me to walk away from my faith, and long story VERY VERY short, I ended up eloping, shocking my whole family, and found myself in the middle of an abusive relationship.

While I had isolated myself from my family, and my friends, they never gave up on me. And one day God provided the courage and opportunity for a way out.

But God...

While you can watch the video about my story here, I eventually left that relationship, and have spent the past 10+ years healing and experiencing the abundant peace and freedom that only Jesus can bring.

NOW...

I'm married to an incredible man (Joey), have the world's cutest son - our IVF miracle baby named Lincoln, another baby on the way, two crazy dogs, and I get to help others experience the same hope, healing, and restoration as well.

No matter where you are today, there is HOPE. And you don't have to walk alone.

AND I'M TRAINED TO HELP YOU...

I am a Certified Master Life Coach and Trainer through ICCI. I hold my MBA. And I am scheduled to complete my Doctorate in Education in Community Care and Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling by 2024. I've also completed the core modules for Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

I combine both practical and spiritual elements into my coaching sessions. I have over 10 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. And over 15 years of experience working with organizations and nonprofits nationwide.
